Norpix Studio specializes in No-Code web design and development, offering:

  • Custom Website Development & Digital Strategy

Any additional services will be agreed upon in a separate contract.

To ensure a smooth project workflow, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for the project.

  • Deliver any necessary content, images, or branding materials.

  • Respond to requests and feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Make payments on time as per agreed terms.

  • Cancellations can be made at the end of the month with one month’s notice.

  • Subscription plans include continuous services such as SEO, Social Media, and Maintenance.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. Ownership of Designs

  • Upon full payment, the final website design and development become the client’s property.

  • Norpix Studio retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5.2. Third-Party Assets

  • The client is responsible for licensing any third-party content (e.g., fonts, stock images, integrations).

  • We do not claim ownership of third-party tools used within the website.

6. Website Maintenance & Support

  • We offer only a Basic Maintenance Plan to ensure the website runs smoothly.

  • The Basic Maintenance Plan includes:
    ✅ Security updates and performance monitoring
    ✅ Minor fixes and optimizations
    ✅ 3-6 blog posts per month
    ✅ 1 hour of minor design or development changes per month

  • Self-maintenance is not encouraged, and we do not provide support for externally modified websites.

7. Revisions & Project Scope

  • Each project includes a predefined number of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra charges.

  • Any modifications beyond the original scope will be quoted separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for high-quality services but do not guarantee specific business results.

  • Norpix Studio is not liable for any losses or damages due to website downtime, third-party issues, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Cancellations & Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project in writing. Work completed up to that point must be paid for.

  • Norpix Studio reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms.
